With a wealth of experience in Human Resources, I bring a proven track record of operational excellence across all areas of people management. As a seasoned HR professional, I’ve worked across blue-chip corporations and venture capital–backed businesses, building strong relationships and communicating effectively at every level — from the boardroom to the bar floor.

My career began in generalist HR, where I managed everything from employee relations to policy development. Over time, I discovered my passion for recruitment and retention, particularly in the fast-paced, people-focused world of pubs, bars, and clubs.

Today, as the founder of Yes Bab! Recruitment, I specialise in executive search for mid to senior management roles within the hospitality sector, helping operators find the right people quickly and effectively.

Alongside recruitment, I also offer hands-on HR consultancy for independent and growing hospitality businesses. This includes everything from creating robust policies and training managers, to guiding businesses through tricky employee relations matters, succession planning, and improving retention.

At the heart of it all, my approach is personal, practical, and grounded in a deep understanding that hospitality is all about people. My goal is simple: to help businesses thrive by connecting them with the right talent, and to give them the tools and confidence to lead their teams well.
