As a seasoned HR professional, I’ve worked across blue-chip corporations and venture capital–backed businesses, building strong relationships and communicating effectively at every level — from the boardroom to the bar floor.

My career began in generalist HR, where I managed everything from employee relations to policy development. Over time, I discovered my passion for recruitment and retention, particularly in the fast-paced, people-focused world of pubs, bars, and clubs.

Today, as the founder of Yes Bab! Recruitment, I specialise in executive search for mid to senior management roles within the hospitality sector, helping operators find the right people quickly and effectively.

Alongside recruitment, I also offer hands-on HR consultancy for independent and growing hospitality businesses. This includes everything from creating robust policies and training managers, to guiding businesses through tricky employee relations matters, succession planning, and improving retention.
